Struct DotProductDistance

pub struct DotProductDistance;

Negative dot product distance: $d(a, b) = -a \cdot b$.

Used for Maximum Inner Product Search (MIPS). The negation ensures that the most similar vectors (highest dot product) have the smallest distance.
